Jim Dugan

Jim Dugan is the Founding Managing Partner of OCA Ventures, specializing in Fintech investments. Jim sits on the board of various portfolio companies, including Ocient, Alembic, The MOM Project, Prisidio, SumRidge Partners, SpotHero, ArcherEDU, Impossible Objects, BigStep, and Falcon Insurance Group. Prior to forming OCA Ventures, Jim traded derivatives at the Chicago Board of Trade & CBOE, and worked in corporate finance with Continental Bank. Jim has over 30 years of corporate finance, capital markets, and venture capital investment experience. Jim serves on various non-profit Boards such as USOPF, NU Wave, 1871, IVCA, Illinois Institute of Technology, and HCHS HardShip Endowment Fund, among others.
