Dan Freedman

Since 1981, Dan Freedman has founded, grown, financed, bought, and sold software companies, primarily in the networking and security sectors. Freedman served as Vice-President of Security Products at anti-virus giant McAfee Corporation (now part of Intel) in the 1990’s, and has established successful companies in the networking, security, financing, and Internet Telephony spaces. Today, Dan’s leadership roles are in advising high-growth management teams. Born in the UK but growing up in Canada, today Dan lives in California, where he balances business with the pleasures of family life, and is an avid pilot, yachtsman, pianist, and mentor.
