Keith joined BDMI in 2006 from Random House Ventures where he managed investments in American Reading Company and Xlibris (acquired by Authorhouse). In addition to being a founding member of BDMI, Keith has led investments in ART19, The Athletic, FloSports, LiveLike, RoyaltyShare (acquired by The Orchard), VHX (acquired by Vimeo) and Vindicia (acquired by Amdocs). He is actively focused on innovative, early stage companies that have unique digital media technologies, products or distribution channels in the direct-to-consumer or business-to-business markets. Prior to BDMI, Keith worked at Simon & Schuster, Penguin Group and advertising agency J. Walter Thompson. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in English. Keith also holds an Ed.M. from Harvard University and an Executive M.B.A. from Rutgers University where he won the Wall Street Journal Award for Highest Distinction in Business Strategy and the Achievement Award for graduating #1 in his class. Keith sits on the board of directors for ART19 and is a board observer at FloSports. In his spare time, he has written two novels that are currently collecting dust in his bottom desk drawer – and he’s learning about video editing so his son can become a YouTube influencer.
