James Wu

James is an Associate for M12 in the Bay Area. Previously, he was an Associate with FTV Capital, a growth equity fund with ~$3B of assets under management, where he sourced and executed on multi-stage investments in enterprise technology and services. At FTV Capital, he invested broadly across the enterprise technology ecosystem, including cybersecurity, marketing technology, HR technology and DevOps. James started his career as an investment banker at Jefferies TMT group, where he focused on M&A, debt, and equity transactions for software and internet companies. James received his BA in Economics and Accounting from UCLA. He attended the University of California, Los Angeles.
