Mona ElNaggar

Ms. Mona ElNaggar serves as a Partner at Valo Ventures. She serves as Valo’s director on the boards of EduMe, Planera and Wise Systems. Ms. ElNaggar is a seasoned non-executive director, with a decade on a public company board (BE Semiconductor Industries, N.V.). Prior to Valo, Ms. ElNaggar ran non-US investing for TIFF (a $10BN fund-of-funds). She was charged with developing a strategy for and leading TIFF’s first ever investments in emerging markets (Africa, Brazil and India) as well as ESG and impact investing. Prior to TIFF, Ms. ElNaggar co-founded and built Morgan Stanley’s European Technology Investment Banking business, advising clients like STMicroelectronics, ARM, lastminute.com and SAP with IPOs, equity and debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
