Lupakisyo Mwakipiti

Lupakisyo Mwakipiti is a businessman, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Ayya (Ayya Africa), an online platform that offers mental health education and advice to the wider African community. The platform aims to provide free online counseling and therapy services through web-based interaction, mobile applications, phone calls, and text messages. He is the Chairman and CEO of Clements Group Holdings, an investment holding company, which through its subsidiaries engages in Healthcare, Mining and related services, Manufacturing, Technology, Trading, Media, Energy, and Real Estate Management. The group is conducting business in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and East and South Africa. Previously, Lupakisyo Co-Founded Kansas Laboratories Co., a global healthcare company specializing in medical devices, diagnostic solutions, nutrition, and branded generic pharmaceuticals. The company’s medical and diagnostic equipment products are widely used around the world by hospitals, laboratories, blood banks, and healthcare centers to diagnose and monitor diseases. In 2022, he created the Lupakisyo Mwakipiti Foundation (LMF) with the vision of improving academic performance and strengthening Africa’s education ecosystem through promoting access to quality education, availability of academic facilities, and buildings, and improving educational infrastructures. Lupakisyo holds a BSc in International Business Management from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.
