This cuts stale listings, duplicates, and friction. Kartik is building Fursa, Remote Roles, and Bold Efforts. Earlier, he led corporate strategy at a $10 billion real estate developer, shaping residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use portfolios across the Middle East. He advises leadership teams on AI and go-to-market. He has taken ventures in proptech, Web3, and mental health from 0 to 1.
