Joe Haley (CEO of Red Frog Beach) is the President of Oceans Group International, a real-estate sales/marketing, development, and construction firm in Bocas del Toro. Joe Haley leads the strategic planning and execution of all Oceans Groups International's initiatives and operations. Joe has extensive experience in the development and construction industry, with 13 years of involvement across many facets of the business. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills are some of his key attributes. Joe has also demonstrated the ability to build and lead high performance teams that consistently deliver results in sales, market share, and client satisfaction. Joseph Haley has expertise in dealing with complex developments as Red Frog Beach is one of the most complex mixed use projects in Central America. His experience includes contract negotiations, property acquisition, partner creation, resort management, designing global organizational vision, strategic analysis, and executing successful sales plans. Red Frog Beach Resort was awarded the 2022 TripAdvisor Traveler's Choice award.
