Peter Marculans

Peter is the Managing Partner at Overkill Ventures a Baltics & Nordics-based pre-seed VC fund that invests in b2b startups across Central & Eastern Europe and helps them get to product-market fit. Since 2018, Overkill has invested in over 38 startups and has had their first exit Axdraft (acquired by Onit, Inc.). Peter also acts as Venture Partner at Accelerace the leading startup accelerator in the Nordics. Previously Peter kick-started the development of Techstars (mostly) virtual accelerator Techstars Anywhere, which has become one of the most sought-after acceleration programs globally. Prior to that Peter helped build from scratch Startup Next (acquired by Techstars), a top pre-accelerator with 40 acceleration programs a year running across the world, impacting the lives of over 1000 entrepreneurs.
