Sabine VanderLinden

Sabine is an executive corporate strategist, FinTech expert and investor. She is recognized as a global tech ambassador and commercialization activator. She is also a top 50 Woman in Tech. Sabine is passionate about enabling Tech startup founders to align their personal and business brand identity to ensure investment and commercialization success. She also works with well-known tech brands through social media influencer activation and amplification activities. As the CEO and Managing Partner of Alchemy Crew Ventures, Sabine delivers venture-led R&D and Adoption Labs for corporations using open innovation, parallel experimentation techniques, and ecosystem building to accelerate the curation, validation, and adoption of new tech business models. I have over 25 years of experience in insurance and financial services, working with over 100 financial institutions for companies including Lloyds of London, IBM/ PwC, FICO, and Pega. Sabine's passion for corporate-startup commercialization grew from being the CEO & co-founder of Startupbootcamp InsurTech & Hartford’s InsurTech Hub Accelerators, where I worked with over 30 corporate insurers accelerating international early-stage tech talent. I have accelerated over 150 startup ventures and helped them raise over US$ 120 million. She is one of three co-editor of the bestseller The INSURTECH Book, a top 50 FinTech and InsurTech Influencer, an investor & multi-award winner. Sabine was finally appointed an Honorary Senior Visiting Fellow of The Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) in early December 2020 for my business model disruption work and corporate venturing lens. One of my passions is solving problems within the finance and insurance sectors with Tech-led thinking.
