Sophia Tran is Founder & CEO of Spotlight! Ventures and supports up-and-coming digital start-ups. Through her work there, as an investor and as state spokeswoman for the german startup association and most recently for the startup incubator and accelerator DIGITALHUB.DE, she has an ear to the needs of young companies and knows how successful startups come about.
