Jonathan Zabusky

Prior to the merger with GrubHub Inc., Jonathan served as CEO of Seamless North America LLC. During his tenure at Seamless, Jonathan led the spin-out and recapitalization from Aramark, the acquisition of MenuPages and the rollout of the Seamless mobile product portfolio. From December 2009 to June 2011, Jonathan served as president of SeamlessWeb Professional Solutions Inc., and from April 2008 to December 2009, he served as vice president of SeamlessWeb Professional Solutions Inc. Jonathan holds a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Haas School of the University of California, Berkeley
