Vumiriya Emile is a young Rwanda software developer who was born in 15th July 2003 in Eastern Rwanda ,in the biggest district in the country known as Nyagatare district. when he was young he had adream to become great programmer and business man. he founded draggymedia in 2019 to connect people deliver News, chat, go live inform and users can create blogs and displays advertisement.
