David Moross

David Moross is the Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of HighPost Capital. He brings a wealth of experience to this position as an investor in the consumer private equity industry. Starting his career with Whitehall Financial Group in 1993, Moross quickly became Vice Chairman before founding Sports Capital Partners with the late Mark McCormack in 1998. Sports Capital Partners was the first private equity sports investment fund and was re-branded Falconhead Capital in 2001. Moross is active on many boards and is invested in philanthropic endeavors. He is on the Development Board of the University of Texas and is a Trustee of both the Silver Shield Foundation and the Weizmann Institute of Science. He is also a Board Director for Centr, LLC. He has held previous positions as a Board Director of the NY Fund for Public Health and at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
