Daniel Ringrose

Daniel joined Pollenizer as a partner in 2015 with a mission to grow their Sydney practice. For two years prior Daniel lead a private consulting business. He specialized in startup methods for corporates; just like Pollenizer. When approached about an acquisition opportunity , the partnership was a win-win for all. Daniel’s startup coaching career began as an intrapreneur. His teams needed ways to discover which ideas to turn into offers, and manage risk through fast failure. He was inspired how entrepreneurs that succeeded built things customers craved. They didn’t just follow a roadmap of well-intentioned guesses. He believes that big companies can do this too, and strives to find new ways to achieve this goal. As a mentor with many organisations, Daniel has coached hundreds of idea-stage entrepreneurs. Daniel’s last corporate role was with Optus. He lead program portfolios for TV and Entertainment, Home Automation and Small Business Apps. Since 1997 he has held leadership roles in Telco, Banking, Insurance, and Leisure industries. Daniel is a co-director for the Sydney chapter of The Founder Insitute. He has also lead events for Lean Startup Machine, Running Lean, Slicing Pie. He is an active supported of Australia’s growing startup community
