Josh has been in CPG for over two decades having worked with brands from $1 million in revenue all the way up to $1 billion. Prior to Ridgeline, he was an Operating Partner at an early stage VC fund working with several emerging natural food brands to rapidly accelerate growth and scale operations.Prior to SBG, Josh worked in a variety of marketing leadership roles across PepsiCo (Gatorade, Tropicana, Quaker Oats), WhiteWave Foods (Silk and Horizon Organic) and more recently New Belgium Brewing, where he was the VP of Marketing.Josh has also co-founded two start-ups and has a passion for entrepreneurship.Josh has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Utah as well as an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management focused on Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
