Frank Rotman

Frank is a Founding Partner at QED Investments, a boutique Venture Capital Fund with a focus on Financial Services, Financial Tech, Marketing Services and Marketing Tech businesses. A credit risk and portfolio management expert, Frank has broad, end-to-end experience in consumer finance and credit, having served Executive roles at Capital One and Educap ranging from multi-hundred million dollar P&L ownership to Chief Credit and Strategy roles. Frank earned Undergraduate degrees in Applied Mathematics & Statistics and English as well as Masters degrees in Systems Engineering and Philosophy from the University of Virginia.
