Burak Soylu

Mr. Burak Soylu was born in Elazığ. Mr. Soylu, who has enjoyed taking initiative and has had an entrepreneurial spirit since his childhood, decided to be a businessperson at that age. He preferred to receive his undergraduate studies in the faculty of law in order to broaden his viewpoint in business life. Having being engaged in the business world since his student years, Mr. Burak Soylu has enabled company to expand with right investments by enhancing the market volume of the company, thanks to his knowledge, his vision interpreting economic indicators correctly, as well as the project he has developed. Mr. Soylu, who has always maintained a strong connection to technology, combined his original projects in this area with his experience in the business world, and set up software development and IT companies by making technology, tourism, and energy investments. He gathered his companies, which had sustained their steady growth and boosted their brand value, under the umbrella of Har Group. Currently, Mr. Soylu is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of companies operating in the fields of tourism, energy, and technology within the body of Har Group. Roof Stacks company, which he established with the vision of innovational digital investment, has achieved innovative success both in Turkey and on the global market through the software technology it develops. Following Roof Stacks’ success in Turkey, in 2020, Mr. Soylu founded a new office in Texas/Austin, USA, where the world’s major technology companies such as Google and Apple operate, and consolidated its position in the global market. Roof Stacks’ GoArt application, which was released in 2017 after four-year R&D studies, was created at a time when the concept of metaverse was not yet well-known in the digital literature and implemented as augmented reality (AR)-based metaverse. GoArt continues to make an indelible impression in the metaverse universe through its technological infrastructure and background, as well as the fictional design that links the past, present, and future together on the same platform. Mr. Soylu’s business vision is based on making sustainable investments in the digital era. Therefore, he aimed to change Turkey’s unfortunate history in this field by incorporating his companies in technology development and informatics sectors. In light of this purpose, Mr. Soylu continues to serve as the CEO of Roof Stacks. Ticket Shop (Bilet Dükkanı), Mr. Soylu’s brand that produces digital travel solutions which will improve consumers’ travel experiences, holds a considerable market share in the tourism technologies and travel sector. Mr. Soylu is actively taking part in civil society works and social responsibility programs, seeing benefiting society and the world as an integral part of his business person personality. In this regard, he participates in numerous social aid initiatives regarding education, health, environment, and disaster recovery. Mr. Burak Soylu is still developing projects that will steer the new digital era and he is taking bold actions accordingly. He continues to operate in the technology and informatics sectors with the same zeal as one of the world’s opinion leaders in the digital evolution process that has influenced the whole world.
