Ruslan Salakhutdinov

Ruslan Salakhutdinov is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Statistics at the University of Toronto, in the field of statistical machine learning. He received his PhD in computer science from the University of Toronto in 2009. After spending two post-doctoral years at MIT, Professor Salakhutdinov joined the University of Toronto in 2011. His research interests include deep learning, probabilistic graphical models, and large-scale optimization.
