John Brennan

John Brennan, Senior Partner at YL Ventures, oversees the firm’s core U.S. investment processes and portfolio company value-add initiatives from its Silicon Valley office. He also serves as the firm’s CFO and manages its Limited Partner relationships. John is committed to mentoring YL Ventures’ portfolio companies from their earliest days. He spends much of his time working with founders on business development, customer engagement, hiring, finance, fundraising, and general strategy, as well as taking on active board positions. John also manages the firm’s Venture Advisory Board, which now boasts over 100 cybersecurity experts.  He has over 10 years of experience in venture capital, having previously held positions at Data Collective (DCVC), Horsley Bridge Partners, and OCA Ventures.
