Dr. Marc-André Pépin is a Canadian-Swiss investment specialist with extensive experience in international investment strategies. He is a director at Polaris Financial Investments and the founder and CEO of Cap-Inves. Based in Geneva, Dr. Pépin is an associate member of AIMR, CAIA, and Mensa. He is known for crafting innovative financial solutions for a global clientele. Pépin studied Industrial Engineering at Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal, where he ranked first for academic results. He achieved an MBA in Finance at Imperial College, London, and a Ph.D. in Finance and Economics in the United States. Before launching Cap-Inves, Pépin worked as Vice President at the London and New York branches of JP Morgan & Co. In this role, he managed the company’s investment and asset allocation. His next role was CEO of Real Value Management, where he was a driving force behind the company ranking in the top 2% of the Bloomberg fund universe. During his tenure, he innovated the active management of Real Value Management’s yield enhancement strategies. Dr. Marc-André Pépin also worked as Senior Portfolio Manager for LGT Capital Management and Clariden-Leu Bank. In this role, he worked closely with stakeholders and investment managers to help companies experience measurable performance growth. Pépin gained invaluable experience in maintaining key relationships as he navigated the realm of client acquisition and investment strategy development.
