Tim Bukher

Tim Bukher is an internationally recognized venture capital and IT expert, having a decade of experience on complex matters in digital tech. As well, Tim is a thought leader on the regulation and economics of decentralized technologies. Tim is a former partner of Handal & Morofsky LLC, where he began his career in tech and intellectual property, and a former founding partner of Thompson Bukher LLP. He is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (JD) and New York University (BA, Economics). Tim currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer of Flare Networks. He is a former co-founder and President of the Pulse Labs blockchain accelerator and venture capital fund.
