Dan Flatt

Dan Flatt is the President and co-founder of MetaVRse, a Toronto based agency creating innovative VR and AR solutions for clients across multiple industries. Dan used to be a lawyer… but he got better. After several years of practice, Dan earned his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and worked as a management consultant before leading social media strategy at Bell Canada. After 5 years at Bell, Dan's passion shifted from Social Media to Virtual Reality. He met his co-founder Alan Smithson at Toronto's VR Industry meetup and started building the plan for a VR agency. Dan left Bell on the same morning that MetaVRse raised a seed investment. Over the last year MetaVRse has evolved into a full service Virtual and Augmented Reality Innovation Agency producing amazing events, content and business solutions for clients like Samsung and HBO and covering industries as diverse as retail and mining.
