Matthias Lange

As Chief Xperience Officer, Matthias steers development of finleap B2B2X fintech platforms and ensures tech and product excellence of finleap companies. Matthias had been with McKinsey & Company for eight years, focusing on digital business building and IT architectures. He also worked on a number of large back office and IT transformation projects for financial institutions. He earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Information Systems from the Westfalen Wilhelms-University Münster as well as a PhD from the Humboldt University Berlin (both Germany). He also studied at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh (US) and Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane (Australia).
