In 2001 he joined the Accenture Government Center where he was the Lead Architect and Deployment Manager designing and operating the infrastructure that hosted NYC 3-1-1, the world’s largest citizen service center, and well as NYC.gov, the City of New York’s web portal. Since 2005, John has run a consulting business providing technical and program management services for a range of enterprise customers, including The City of New York, The NYPD, Accenture, NYK Line, Perot Systems, and UBS.John was the Lead Migration Architect for the NYC CITIServ Data Center Consolidation Program supporting assessment, planning, and migration efforts across more than 35 City Agencies.
