I spent the last 13 years of my career building a company focused on removing the friction of buying and selling the $30B+ Outdoor Advertising Industry. We raised venture funding from various institutional investors including IPG: NYSE, DFJ, RRE, Softtech, Techstars, Founder Collective, Boxgroup, and others. In 2010, we launched ADstruc, the first automated platform integrated into every OOH media owner (e.g., Clear Channel, Lamar, Outfront and thousands of others), and processed over a billion dollars in campaigns. In 2014, we introduced Project X, a managed service planning and buying OOH for some of the biggest OOH brands (e.g., McDonalds, Toyota, LVMH, Glossier, TripAdvisor, TD Bank, and many others). In 2018, INC Magazine ranked us as the 65th fastest growing company in America and in 2019, we were acquired by Tritium, a private equity firm based in Austin, Texas. In January 2023, I stepped back from my day-to-day responsibilities as CEO to focus on my family and other projects, while supporting Project X through my board seat. Prior to ADstruc/Project X, I started my own consulting agency in 2007, the JFL Group, where I helped develop the brand behind Naked Ping Pong, the group that is now known as SPiN New York (www.spinyc.com), a 13,000-square-foot table tennis social club.
