CoFounder of MoolaHoop, a crowdfunding site for women entrepreneurs, Nancy Hayes has had senior executive positions in for profit, non profit and academic institutions. By co-creating this entrepreneurial venture, Nancy hopes to improve the statistics on funding available to women who are starting and growing businesses. Nancy Hayes most recently served as the Dean of the College of Business and subsequently the Vice President/CFO, Finance & Administration, of San Francisco State University from 2005 to 2013. Nancy enjoyed a twenty year career at the IBM Corporation with a wide array of management and senior executive positions in the sales, marketing, consulting and services fields. Her last position was General Manager, Worldwide Operations, IBM Sales and Services, where she was responsible for the reengineering effort to restructure IBM to ensure consistent execution on a global basis. Nancy left IBM with the goal of bringing business and management skills and experiences to the nonprofit environment. For five and one half years, she was CEO of the STARBRIGHT Foundation in Los Angeles, an entrepreneurial nonprofit organization chaired by Steven Spielberg and General H. Norman Schwarzkopf, which merged the worlds of technology, media/entertainment and healthcare to create innovative products and programs to help seriously ill children cope with the medical, emotional and behavioral challenges they face daily. Subsequently, Nancy was President and CEO of WISE Senior Services, a social services agency which focuses on improving the quality of life and quality of care for low-income, isolated and frail elderly and disabled adults in Los Angeles County. For each of the five years from 2006-2010, Nancy was named "Most Influential Women" by the San Francisco Business Times and was placed on the paper's "Ever Influential" list in 2011. She received the President's Medal from San Francisco State University in 2013.
