Chiera is also the co-founder of Drive, a personalized marketing automation platform built specifically for independent retailers, helping them to create personalized journeys for their customers and a way to help differentiate independent retailers from big box retailers. Prior to joining CCA Global Partners, Chiera spearheaded franchise and specialty retail social media integration for Boston-based Kel & Partners, a leading marketing & public relations agency for consumer & emerging technology brands. Chiera has successfully developed marketing programs for and with major consumer brand powerhouses like: Yankee Candle Company, Ace Hardware, Disney Pixar, Carpet One Floor & Home and Zappos.com to name a few.
