Dan is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The Tenant Agency - a commercial real estate advisory firm exclusively focused on the needs of users of office space. The Tenant Agency (TTA) provides corporate level services - advisory services, project management, workplace strategy, lease audit and incentive procurement - to 100% of its client base, regardless of size. Founder of Boastify, Dan is an innovator, creator, and outside the box thinker. Prior to founding Boastify, Dan was (and still is) a corporate real estate advisor with a nationally recognized tenant-representation firm based in Washington, DC. Dan's first venture was a company called UHappen - a subsidiary of CollegeMaven, LLC - an organization forming universal calendars of events across 26 universities and several thousand users. Dan resides in Bethesda, MD with his wife, Amanda and on the weekends can be founding hacking it up on the golf course!
