Tonio DeSorrento

Tonio DeSorrento is Co-Founder & CEO of GovPort, a venture-backed performance, compliance, and collaboration platform for the government contractors who keep America on track. Tonio is leading GovPort for his family, friends, fellow veterans, and neighbors in GovCon. Tonio was most recently a visiting scholar at the Philadelphia Federal Reserve's Consumer Finance Institute and an Entrepreneur-in-Residence/partner at On Deck's ODX venture investment fund. Previously, Tonio has held executive roles at high-growth technology companies, including Vemo Education, which he co-founded, and SoFi. He is a former venture partner with Learn Capital and former adjunct professor of law at Georgetown Law. Tonio started his career in the U.S Marine Corps, where he served as a field artillery officer with 5th Battalion, 10th Marines. He is a director of Veterans Legal Advocacy Group, an advisor to Bunker Labs and a number of for-profit companies, and an active participant in business communities like YPO. Tonio is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and Georgetown Law. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and six children.
