Domingo Guerra is the Founder & Managing Partner of Chispa VC, a seed‑stage fund igniting the next wave of cybersecurity innovators. Over the past two decades, he has built and scaled category‑defining security businesses—co‑founding Appthority in 2011, bootstrapping it through Series B, earning RSA’s “Most Innovative Company of 2012,” and exiting to Symantec in 2018—and then leading go‑to‑market and messaging for Symantec/Broadcom’s $1.5 B ARR security portfolio. Most recently, as GM for North America at Incode, he doubled ARR by refining positioning and scaling the sales engine. As an operator‑turned‑investor, Domingo has delivered a 23× MOIC across his first ten cyber deals—including two exits and one unicorn—and brings hands‑on expertise in GTM strategy, product positioning, and fundraising. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UT Austin, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and has been granted seven patents spanning semiconductors, robotics, and cybersecurity.
