Bill's market scope and extent of knowledge of the beverage and food industry includes North America, Europe, Central and South America and also Asia. Sipper's track record for helping create emerging brands is incomparable and will be indispensable to any brand's deployment and development. Bill has been on many tv episodes, a guest speaker at conferences, conventions and colleges. He was also quoted in many news sites and articles. He was working at Evian when they really hit their stride in the water market. He was a very big part of that growth. Bill co-started Cascadia in 2003 and is a managing partner. His experience at top food and beverage companies has given him incredible knowledge that is very prevalent at Cascadia.
