Lyon Kassab is currently the Co-Founder and General Managing Partner at BoCG Ventures; a fund focused on funding and operating antifragile, blockchain-based portfolio companies through an innovative venture operating model. Alongside venture development, Lyon focuses on early- and mid-stage venture development to stay at the forefront of innovation. Current portfolio companies include Sansbank, Vescense and Byblos Design. Sansbank is a blockchain based alternative lending platform focused on democratizing real estate investing. Vescense manufactures and distributes clean and natural functional fragrances through an innovative referral marketing platform. Byblos Design introduces modern design technology to luxury real estate development. Lyon is a dynamic and industry-agnostic Executive with a career spanning Consumer Packaged Goods, Management Consulting, and Automotive Industries. He specializes in Strategy and Operations and has spent more than two decades linking Strategy, Operations, Finance and Technology.. His Executive Management experience spans billion-dollar companies, such as Herbalife ($HLF), Visalus Sciences ($VIS) and Avon ($AVP) and also early-stage ventures such as Fast Toys Club, an exotic car club, BeautyTheory, an anti-aging manufacturer and MealLife, a meal delivery service. He also serves as a mentor to business students at Pepperdine University where he is able to bridge the gap between entrepreneurship in higher education with real world strategy, operations and finance. One of Lyon’s past ventures, Fast Toys Club, was recently featured as a capstone case to Pepperdine University MBA students.
