David Schmaier

Schmaier works as an Independent Director and Advisor. He was formerly executive vice president at Siebel Systems, Inc. During his twelve-year tenure at the company, he was a member of the Siebel executive management team, Founder's Circle of first employees, and led the Products, Marketing and Alliances organizations. Prior to Siebel Systems, he worked in a variety of sales and marketing roles at Oracle Corporation and as a strategy consultant at Braxton Associates (now part of Deloitte Consulting). Schmaier serves as a Director of TravelCLICK, Inc. and on the strategic advisory board of Genstar Capital LLC. Schmaier earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
