Charles Lorenceau

Charles Lorenceau is Managing Directors of ACE & Company. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors and being a member of the Investment Committee, Charles manages early stage and strategic growth investments and has developed deep relationships with numerous sourcing partners. During his time at ACE, he has overseen the execution of multiple direct investment transactions and has actively participated in the creation of three portfolio companies. Prior to joining ACE, Charles held a financial analyst position at Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets (RBCCM), the corporate finance division of Canada’s leading bank, where he participated in the preparation, completion, and review of advisory mandates, mergers, acquisitions, and financial review for corporate clients. Charles received his MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Business Management from Babson College.
