Alain Caffi

Alain CAFFI founded Ventech in 1998 and is a General Partner, driving investments in Enabled Services. He brings to the team a long experience in private equity, in particular in the organisation of syndications, corporate governance, crisis management, and the organisation of mergers, sales and initial public offerings. Alain sits on the boards of Augure, Webedia, Viadeo, Believe, Nemoptic, Curse, Eyeka and WomanJournal. After he started as operational at Accor, Alain was involved in 1986 in the launch of the private equity activities of NATIXIS Group. In a few years, Financière St Dominique (now known as Natixis Private Equity) imposed itself as one of France's leading private equity firms. Alain Caffi has experience in all aspects of private equity (venture capital, development, buy-out and turnaround), acquired during several economic cycles. Alain Caffi holds a Master of Sciences from the University of Kansas, Lawrence (USA). He is also a C.P.A. (Chartered Public Accountant).
