Arthur Papas

As Bullhorn’s co-founder and CEO, Art has led Bullhorn through ten consecutive years of user growth. Today, more than 200,000 recruiters rely on Bullhorn software to hire people for more than one million job openings every year. Art speaks regularly at industry and financial events and has appeared on TV and radio programs including NPR, NECN, and more. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Staffing Association and Portfolio Science Inc. Art was recently named to the Board of Directors of Career Collaborative – a nonprofit helping low-income adults find and keep jobs with career potential. Prior to starting Bullhorn, Art developed software for Thomson Reuters, where he co-designed and built First Call Insight. Art is a Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude graduate of Tufts University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
