Eoin Duane

Eoin Duane joined Insight in 2021 and is focused on structured equity investments for Insight's Opportunities Fund. Prior to joining Insight, Eoin spent 13 years as an investor in public and private technology companies including eight years at Guggenheim Partners and five years at Evergreen Coast Capital, the technology-focused private equity arm of Elliott Management where he led their Flexible Capital strategy. Eoin currently sits on the board or oversees Insight’s investments in Saks.com, SOF.com, CivicPlus, CommerceHub and A Place for Mom.
