Nikola Pavesic

Nikola is running the Partnerships team for Nikkei in Tokyo which includes anything from setting up new offices, managing the investment portfolio, running tech & innovation projects and major startup events. He was born and raised in Croatia, studied in Italy, Switzerland and the UK, matured in Tanzania and Japan. Nikola's career went from an international lawyer across the United Nations, to running startups and consulting for corporates and the public sector. He is particularly passionate about AI and blockchain technologies as well as creating and boosting startup/innovation ecosystems in the most varied places, from Japan to Cuba. Also a devoted rugby player and hobby journalist.
