Andre is Co-founder & CEO of DiviGas, Hydrogen's next-generation separation membrane. DiviGas has created a pioneering hydrogen separation membrane that will forever change the way hydrogen is separated from syngas. As a serial entrepreneur and tech consultant, he led startups to millions in revenue and raised more than $20m while managing teams of over 60 people directly. Previously, Andre was Co-founder and CEO of LiveLike, a technology company delivering the best live social sports experiences to fans. The platform integrates the latest innovations across Digital streams, VR, AR, and MR to revolutionize sports viewing around the world. Business Development: - Multiple millions ARR and averaged 400% revenue growth YoY, Delivered Globally with deals to executives across every continents. - Personally led some of our biggest b2b sales and partnership efforts. Fox Sports, Olympics, Magic Leap. Involved in numerous others such as FIFA world cup, SuperBowl LI. Was actively engaged in client touch points on productions and doing client contact work. - Maintained & Built Salesforce Infrastructure platform and processes - Was directly in charge of PR & branding b2b strategy of the company aimed at increasing sales. Coordinated staff and PR agencies. Operations Leadership & Growth - Grew the company from 0 to 60 full-time employees, on track to hire up to 75 in 2018. Directly in charge of metrics & Kpis, hiring plan, growth culture processes & policies, operations staff, performance reviews and the executive team. - Budget, Financial and Operational goals. P&L review & reporting. - Fundraised $15m in VC financing through two rounds from top VC firms such as Greycroft, Evolution Media Capital, USM and more. - Maintained an 100% CEO & workplace happiness satisfaction rating on glassdoor through 16 employee reviews Product: - Led the vision for a product delivered on four continents in over twenty territories. Worked with the VP of Product on road-mapping, coordinating resources, product ideation, user testing. - Followed an agile development process & JIRA - Patented 4 patents in VR and live sports tech, including two where I was the direct inventor.
