David has over 25 years’ experience, extensive knowledge and skills working on corporate transactions, delivering business growth and assisting in Australian and International tax laws. Currently, David is a Partner at Hall Chadwick, a mentor at Startmate and Telstra incubator Muru-D and was instrumental in providing advice to Matt Barrie leading up to Freelancer.com's IPO on the ASX in 2013.
