Selim Zherka

A successful real estate maven, Selim Zherka has, over the past the past three decades, built a reputation for trustworthiness, having built relationships with many financial institutions throughout his career. He specializes in building value to properties he acquires. Born and raised in the Bronx, he hailed from a working-class background and had done odd jobs since age 11. His parents, Albanian immigrants escaping political persecution, have inspired both his sense of justice and his work ethic. He entered the real estate industry at the age of 17. Today, Selim is a proud husband and father, having eight children, including quadruplet boys. He is a staunch humanitarian and a generous contributor to organizations serving homeless individuals and underprivileged children.
