With leading industry experience, Vikram was delighted to have incorporated a tech startup that commenced its self-operation in 2019. He has been playing the role of founding director, and it’s been highly rewarding to lead a company that delivers such meaningful and valuable outcomes for people and enterprises. He's proud to have multi-operational hubs across the nation. Vikram was retained as a 'Technical Specialist' with a strong academic background by focusing on external benchmarks for techno-functional improvement. Prior to the aerospace and defence domain, he was employed with several years of experience as a lead engineer (system automation). While working in these roles, he became fascinated with responsible research, engineering design, validation, technology intelligence, agile operation, internal assessment, and policy generation. He entered into an R&D-centric platform to form GBS Labs - a startup aimed at creating international exposure, building an entrepreneurial ecosystem and diversifying the portfolio. The subsidiary includes its digital university, healthcare, and missionary foundation which connect internationally with renowned corporates. His R&D portfolio includes biomimetics systems, mission drones, predictive diagnosis, cybernetic transportation, observatory intelligence, satellite megaconstellation, smart grid electrification, etc. Despite his career, he was selected for such national workshops, showcase events, international conferences and awarded in so many ways of courage in various national councils and global forums. Also become a part of multiple institutional initiatives with eminent industry bodies like; IET, IEEE, IOD, FICCI, NASSCOM, AFAI, UN's IFGICT and other forums. His technical skillset and commitment to developing talent enable him to make a big impact as he strives to build a great organization.
