I get a kick out of helping entrepreneurs navigate the startup world without tripping over the same rocks I did. I've spent a good chunk of my career in the B2B space, building ventures or coaching founders navigating that complex landscape. I love diving deep into the customer journey with founders, from discovery to churn, and finding ways to improve it tenfold. I like to think of myself as an "expert generalist". I have a well-rounded understanding of many areas, enough to provide valuable insights and guidance. While I wouldn't claim to be a specialist in any one field, my strength lies in leveraging my extensive network to fill any gaps in expertise. My background is heavy on B2B, product development, storytelling, sales, and CX optimization; skills that come in handy in just about any industry. Bringing people together to create value since 2014!
