Daniel Gorfine

Daniel spearheads the Institute's work on innovative capital access tools and new financial technologies. He has provided expert testimony before Congress, engaging with policymakers and market participants, and is a national media contributor on these topics. Previously, he worked at Covington & Burling LLP. He served a clerkship with Maryland U.S. District Court Judge Catherine C. Blake. A graduate of Brown University, he holds a J.D. from George Washington University Law School and an M.A. from the Paul H. Nitze School for Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University.
