Kevin Swan

Kevin leads M&A, strategic partnerships and new business creation at Solium — the leading equity management platform. He began his career in tech startups before becoming a Partner at iNovia Capital, a $500M early-stage VC firm, where he continues to serve as a Board Partner. He then joined portfolio company, AppDirect, in San Francisco leading corporate development as the company grew to a billion-dollar valuation. Kevin has a BSc. from the University of Alberta and a M.S. from Stanford University where he studied mechatronics and control systems.
