Stephen S. Hau

As Chief Technology Officer, Steve Hau is responsible for product development and platform strategy. Steve is an entrepreneur who brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare information technology, software development, and new venture creation. Prior to founding Shareable Ink, Steve founded PatientKeeper and held several executive positions and a Board role over a 12-year period. With humble beginnings, PatientKeeper quickly grew to become the leading developer of physician information systems with over 15% of US acute care hospitals. Steve was also a co-founder of ThinkFish Productions, a 3D software company that was later acquired by Viewpoint Datalabs. Steve earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he specialized in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science. Steve was also a Ph.D. student at Harvard University and a recipient of the Harvard University GSAS Fellowship before leaving to start PatientKeeper.
