I’m Elena Tikhonova, a foodtech entrepreneur and the founder of BroccoPizza, a startup revolutionizing pizza with a 52% broccoli-based, gluten-free crust. I’ve been in the food industry for years, working with frozen vegetables, product innovation, and food manufacturing. Before launching BroccoPizza, I built three food production businesses from scratch, developing over 90 SKUs and four brands that made it into major retail chains in Russia. Now, I’m based in Spain, and I’m on a mission to disrupt the frozen pizza market with a product that’s healthy, delicious, and convenient.
