Diego Gosmar

Successful international innovator, Diego Gosmar is a Chief AI Officer specialized in Artificial Intelligence, with particular focus on Generative Conversational AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Sentiment Analysis, Conversation Analysis, AI Agent interoperability, Sustainable and Ethical Conversational AI. The company was initially specializing in ICT services, and starting from 2012 Diego has been driving the international expansion, covering now more than 60 countries worldwide all over the continents, managing key partners and hundreds of customers, with the flagship application focused on omni channel customer care: XCALLY. Diego's experience is linked to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) with particular attention to Conversational AI, Speech analysis, Sentiment analysis, Omnichannel, and customer service applications. He is also the Head of AI Advisor for several start-ups and Mentor at the I3P, the Polytechnic University of Turin Innovative Companies Incubator. Diego has a Bachelor degree in Telecommunication engineer (1998) and has been involved as executive entrepreneur at the Los Angeles GAP program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management (2012).
