David Kissinger

As a healthcare leader and visionary entrepreneur, David founded NurseNow Staffing on the principles of caring, excellence and respect. David’s vision has enabled NurseNow Staffing, to become the fastest growing Nurse staffing agency, focused exclusively on Nurse staffing in the decentralized clinical research market, in the nation. Throughout his nearly 30 year career, David has focused his energy on clinical and leadership needs within healthcare. Prior to NurseNow, David was a key leader in two rapid growth companies that achieved great success in the health and technology consulting fields. Under David’s leadership Sagacious Consultants went from a baseline of ~500k in weekly contracted revenue to over 1M, positioning Sagacious for successful acquisition by Accenture (ACN) in the fall of 2015. Prior to Sagacious, David was a key contributing member to the success of maxIT Healthcare. Having joined in 2008, his contributions in consulting, project management, and business development directly impacted the EBITA and valuation that led to acquisition by SAIC in 2012. His service as Director of Nursing for a leading health system, with over 2 billion in annual revenue, as well as his work leading the northwest Ohio office of one of the largest homecare companies in the nation as the Executive Director enables David to understand the importance of strong clinical leadership within the healthcare field. Finally David works to give back and serve his community’s needs by volunteering as the Vice Chairman of Gateway Youth Development, a transitional independent living community for youth that are currently, or were previously, involved in foster care, and/or the juvenile justice system, in order to support their transition to young adulthood and enable them to recognize and achieve their fullness of life in a loving and supportive environment.
